1. Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Exp: 5+ years

Skills:

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), team management skills, time management skills, fast learner, self‐ motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be added advantage.

Would be responsible to:

  • Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

3. Senior Application Developer (iOS & Android)

Exp: 4 to 7 years

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Extensive knowledge and deep understanding of iOS SDK and release process to the App Store
  • Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
  • Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
  • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
  • Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
  • Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
  • Solid experience and knowledge of development and deployment processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology trends

4. Cloud Engineer

Exp: 3 to 5+ years

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the configuration of the build infrastructure (Windows Server)
  • Improve reliability and performance of test and build processes
  • Design and maintain automated release channels through to production for both on premise  and AWS / Google / Azure / Datacentres  infrastructure
  • Proactively look for ways to automate the installation and upkeep of build tools and dependencies
  • Review and recommend solutions and tools to improve the software development process
  • Own the process for releasing builds into QA and up to production
  • Collaborate with development on establishing branching and versioning best practices
  • Building the bridge between Engineering (dev & QA) and IT Operations
  • AppDynamics: Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
  • Google page speed : web performance tool
  • In-depth knowledge working with and managing Git (Bitbucket, Github, CodeCommit)
  • Cloud Infrastructure Experience : Networking and infrastructure components , Load Balance

  • Good conceptual understanding & knowledge on virtualization & container based technologies such as AWS, Docker, VMware, and Virtual Box

  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Build monitoring and observability solutions to ensure overall system health 
  • Knowledge of cloud computing stack: SaaS, PaaS, IaaS

5. SQL Developer

Exp: 1+ years

Skills:

  • Should have excellent Analytical and Logical Reasoning Skill.
  • Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server.

Would be responsible to:

  • Designing Databases and ensuring their stability, reliability and performance.
  • Write MS SQL Server Stored Procedures, Views and Triggers.
  • Development of high quality database solutions.
  • Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables.
  • Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
  • Suggest new queries.
  • Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.
  • Provide timely scheduled management reporting.
  • Capable of troubleshooting common database issues.

6. Software Trainee (.Net Developer)

Exp: 0 to 1 year

Candidate should possess:

  • Good working knowledge on Asp.net / C# / SQL 2008
  • Good working knowledge on Web Application Development using HTML/CSS/Javascript/jquery

7. Software Engineer (.Net Developer)

Exp: 1+ years

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Document test development, execution and overall project status in weekly reports.
  • Create design specifications and provide accurate estimates for new custom programs or program modifications based on requirements presented by Application consultants and or Clients.
  • Develop detailed design documentation.
  • Write new custom programs in .NET technologies.
  • Modify existing programs with enhanced functional logic.
  • Write MS SQL Server Stored Procedures, Views and Triggers.
  • Backup customization source code and keep version control including change documentation.
  • Provide ongoing client support on custom programs & reports.
  • Communicate with Application Consultants and Project Managers on project status and problem issues.
  • Should have excellent Analytical and Logical Reasoning Skill

8. Quality Engineer (Manual / Automation)

Exp: 1+ years

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Create test plan and build test cases upon requirements, designs and specifications.
  • Maintaining & tracking of defects or issues, and provide detailed information in the form of logs and steps to reproduce.
  • Test effort estimation and test execution for area of responsibility.
  • Multi-task and work independently or within a team.
  • Manage test environment & execution for Integration Testing activities.
  • Sound knowledge in testing tools.
  • Experience in Manual and automation testing.
  • Extensive experience in designing test cases.
  • Experience in testing concepts – test planning, test methodologies, test strategies.

9. Implementation Engineer

Exp: 1+ years

Skills & Responsibilities

  • System study and Gap Analysis and requirement gathering for implementation/customization in different modules.
  • Understood client requirements, mapped the requirements to existing functionality and passed on requests for enhancements to Technical Team.
  • Escalates the New and Change Requirement document to Technical Team.
  • Provide End User training and get User training sign-off.
  • After successful Go-Live of application, get Implementation Sign-off from customer.
  • Updating Patches in Client Server.
  • Giving Demonstration of product to the Clients if necessary.
  • Coordinating with Clients and answering / solving the quires.
  • Support the Technical Team throughout the product development & customization, and Ensuring that projects are delivered on-time and fit for use.
  • Providing Online & Off line support to the Users.
  • Documentation of the daily activities.

10. Content / Technical Writer

Exp: 1+ years.

Candidate should possess good written and verbal communication to prepare content for the developed software product. He/she should possess Linguistic and strong grammatical skills in English language. Strong skills to analyze and research on the topic for content development. Conscious about the requirements of Quality content and target. Preferably knowledge in documentation tool such as Robohelp, Dr.Explain.
